Navin’s, a Chennai-based real estate developer, has launched a new advertising campaign, 'This is it,' to promote its residential project, Navin’s Starwood Towers 3.0 in Medavakkam.
The campaign will run across television, cinema halls and digital platforms including YouTube, Instagram and WhatsApp.
“'This is it' translates to the end of a homebuyer’s search for the right home at the right location and price. Navin’s Starwood Towers 3.0 continues our focus on quality, liveability and timely delivery, with homes that are complete and ready to be lived in,” said Navin Kumar, Managing Director, Navin’s.
The campaign highlights ready-to-move-in homes, connectivity and access to everyday conveniences. It is built around three themes—Life Nearby, Lifestyle and Ready to Move In—reflecting key decision factors for buyers.
The project is spread across 9.85 acres and includes two towers—Maple and Cedar. Maple offers 2BHK units ranging from 877 to 1,285 sq ft, starting at ₹79 lakh. Cedar comprises 3BHK units between 1,908 and 2,140 sq ft, priced at ₹7,999 per sq ft, with possession expected by end-2026.
The campaign films focus on everyday use cases, including access to amenities within the community and proximity to essential services.
