Footwear brand Neeman’s has announced the appointment of Anjali Sachdeva as Director of Buying & Merchandising. She will play a key role in driving the company’s net phase of growth.
Sachdeva brings over 15 years of experience spanning buying, merchandising, category management, assortment planning and retail strategy across leading consumer brands in India.
Most recently, she served as Senior Manager, Buying & Merchandising at adidas India. During her tenure, she led buying and merchandising operations across the brand’s own retail, franchise and e-commerce businesses. She has previously worked at organisations such as Bata India and Koutons Retail India.
In her new role at Neeman’s. Sachdeva will lead the buying and merchandising functions across retail, online and B2B channels. Her responsibilities will include merchandise planning, assortment architecture, sourcing, inventory optimisation and strengthening cross-functional collaboration across the supply chain.
