Nestlé India has announced leadership changes across its Nutrition and Dairy and Chocolates and Confectionery businesses, with Gopichandar Jagatheesan and Mansi Khanna set to take on new roles.
Vineet Singh, currently Business Executive Officer (BEO) – Nutrition and Dairy and a Senior Management Personnel, will take up a new role with a Nestlé affiliate. Jagatheesan, currently BEO – Chocolates and Confectionery, has been nominated to succeed Singh as BEO – Nutrition and Dairy.
Khanna, currently Chief Operating Officer of Dr. Reddy’s and Nestlé Health Science Limited, a joint venture entity, has been nominated to join Nestlé India as BEO – Chocolates and Confectionery, succeeding Jagatheesan.
Jagatheesan joined Nestlé in 2008 and has worked across the group in supply chain, sales, chilled dairy, confectionery and cereals before taking on his current role leading the Chocolates and Confectionery business.
Khanna joined Nestlé in 2017 as Category Marketing Manager – Chocolates and Confectionery. She subsequently led the dairy portfolio, overseeing brands including EveryDay, MILKMAID, NESCAFÉ Ready-to-Drink and MILO across portfolio management, innovation and profit and loss. In January 2023, Khanna took over as BEO – Nestlé Health Science, leading the team that structured the joint venture with Dr. Reddy’s Laboratories. She became COO of the joint venture entity in August 2024, with responsibility for sales, marketing and commercial excellence.
The changes mark a reshuffle of leadership across two key Nestlé India business portfolios, with Jagatheesan moving to Nutrition and Dairy and Khanna set to lead Chocolates and Confectionery.
