Omnicom Global Solutions (OGS), Omnicom's integrated solutions engine, has announced the appointment of Swapnil Deshmukh as Head of Operations.
Based in Pune, Deshmukh will lead OGS' operations portfolio, bringing together business operations, enterprise governance and process excellence, enterprise platforms transformation, and office experience under a unified operating framework, with a mandate to enable scalable growth and accelerate transformation initiatives.
Deshmukh brings over two decades of experience across operations, business transformation, delivery governance, strategy execution, digital modernisation, ERP programs, analytics and AI.
Most recently, he served as Associate Partner at KPMG, where he led large-scale transformation programs across multiple sectors. Earlier in his career, he has worked at organisations such as EY, L&T, Zycus and Raj Technologies. A veteran of the Indian Navy, he served as a Lieutenant Commander aboard INS Viraat, India's former aircraft carrier.
