Onida Electronics has appointed Gunjan Srivastava as Managing Director, expanding his remit at the company as it continues to strengthen its leadership team. Srivastava has been serving as Chief Executive Officer since 1 February 2026.
The appointment is effective from 4 July 2026 and is subject to shareholder approval. Alongside this development, the company’s Board has also approved the redesignation of Kaval Mirchandani from Managing Director to Whole-time Director with effect from the same date, also subject to shareholder approval.
Srivastava’s expanded role comes as Onida looks to sharpen its strategic direction under a refreshed leadership structure, with the company positioning him to drive the next phase of its business and brand journey.
