Pantomath Financial Services Group has appointed Abhishek Gupta as Managing Director & Chief Customer Officer. He will oversee Marketing, Communications, and Customer Experiences across the Group’s key entities, including Pantomath Capital Advisors, The Wealth Company, and Asit C. Mehta Investment Intermediates Limited.
Gupta has over 25 years of experience across financial services, retail, and telecom, with a background in brand building, customer-focused growth strategies, and marketing transformations. Before joining Pantomath, he served as Director & Chief Marketing Officer at Edelweiss Life Insurance for more than seven years, where he was involved in shaping customer propositions and supporting the company’s growth initiatives. His previous roles include Senior Vice President & Head of Marketing at Edelweiss Group, Chief Marketing Officer at The MobileStore, and General Manager – Marketing at Bharti Retail.
