Percept Live Pvt. Ltd., a wholly owned subsidiary of Percept Limited, has announced the appointments of Nikhil Uniyal as Business Head and Sonal Shah as Head – Brand Partnership and Sponsorship Sales, effective February 1, 2026.
The appointments form part of the company’s efforts to drive growth, monetisation and expansion of its live, hybrid and content-led intellectual properties in India and international markets.
Percept Live operates across live and digital experiences and owns a portfolio of intellectual properties spanning music, culture, sports, fashion and lifestyle. Its properties include Sunburn, Bollyboom, EPL (Eat Play Love), Windsong, IMS (India Model Search) and XCC (Xtreme Combat Championship).
As Business Head, Nikhil Uniyal will be responsible for growth, diversification and monetisation across Percept Live’s businesses, including live entertainment, content production, talent management and marketing communications. He brings over 16 years of experience across media and marketing, with previous leadership roles at Wondrlab India, ENIL (Radio Mirchi), The Times of India Group (Red Cell) and GroupM (MEC). His background includes business development, revenue leadership and intellectual property creation across multiple markets in India.
In his new role, Uniyal will focus on strategy, innovation and expansion across domestic and international markets.

Sonal Shah has been appointed Head – Brand Partnership and Sponsorship Sales and will lead sponsorship, brand solutions and revenue partnerships across the company’s intellectual properties. She has over 26 years of experience in ad sales, brand solutions, influencer marketing and experiential sales, with prior senior roles at ZEE Entertainment Enterprises Ltd. and Discovery Networks Asia-Pacific.
Her experience includes branded content, live events and sponsorship-led initiatives across television, OTT, digital, social media and on-ground platforms. At Percept Live, Shah will focus on developing integrated brand partnerships and sponsorship frameworks across the company’s portfolio.
