Persistent Systems has appointed Pratyush P as Associate Vice President – Marketing, as the company continues to scale its global technology and digital transformation business.
Pratyush announced the development on LinkedIn, describing the move as a key milestone shaped by mentorship and collaboration. In his new role, he will focus on strengthening the company’s marketing strategy, brand positioning and stakeholder engagement.
He acknowledged the support of senior leaders Anand Deshpande, Sandeep Kalra and Shimona Chadha, alongside colleagues across the organisation.
Pratyush is expected to play a central role in building a more integrated marketing function, aligned with business growth across key markets. He also emphasised a focus on purpose-driven execution, working closely with internal teams to drive impact and consistency.
