PHD has appointed Pratik Dawda as Associate Vice President, strengthening its leadership team with a focus on data-driven strategy and audience planning.
Dawda joins PHD after close to ten years at Wavemaker, where he most recently served as Client Lead from May 2024 until January 2026. During his tenure at Wavemaker, he was responsible for leading data and audience planning initiatives, alongside developing data-led marketing strategies for key clients.
Prior to Wavemaker, Dawda has also worked with HT Media, adding to his experience across media and marketing ecosystems.
With this appointment, PHD continues to build leadership capabilities aligned with the growing importance of data, audience intelligence, and strategic planning in modern media mandates.
