PhysicsWallah Limited (PW), an educational platform, has appointed Alifiya Nalwala as its Group Head of Corporate Communications and Public Relations. With over 19 years of experience in journalism, predominantly focused on the education sector, Nalwala will lead the company's communications efforts.
Her extensive experience will allow her to use her deep understanding of the education landscape to craft cohesive messaging and drive stronger engagement with a variety of audiences.

Alifiya holds a bachelor's degree in mass media and a master's degree in arts (Political Science). She received the Anupama Jayaraman Memorial Award for young reporters at the age of 24 and has since earned numerous accolades and widespread recognition within the profession.
Before joining PhysicsWallah, Alifiya served as a Senior Writer at The Ken. Her earlier career includes roles as Assistant Editor and Special Correspondent at The Indian Express, as well as key positions at DNA (Chief Reporter & Principal Correspondent), Mid Day, and HT Media. Throughout her career, she has gained expertise in media studies, business, strategy, campaigns, and in-depth subject matter reporting.
