Radico Khaitan has elevated Sudhir Upadhyay as Chief Sales Officer and Kunal Madan as Chief Marketing Officer, strengthening its leadership bench as it sharpens focus on premiumisation, global brand building and future readiness.
Upadhyay brings over 25 years of industry experience, including more than a decade with the company. He steps into the CSO role after serving as National Sales Head for the past two years. Madan, who has been with Radico Khaitan for over 12 years, comes with more than two decades of experience spanning global sales and marketing.
Under the leadership of Abhishek Khaitan, Managing Director, the core team includes Dilip Banthiya, Chief Financial Officer; Sanjeev Banga, President, International Business; Sudhir Upadhyay, Chief Sales Officer; Kunal Madan, Chief Marketing Officer; and Saket Somani, Head, Finance and Strategy.
As part of the leadership transition, Amar Sinha has stepped down from his role as Chief Operating Officer. During his tenure, he played a key role across multiple phases of the company’s growth and contributed to several brand initiatives within its portfolio.
