Mahindra Holidays & Resorts India Ltd (MHRIL) has announced a change in its leadership with Rajiv Vimal taking up the role of Chief Financial Officer and Key Managerial Personnel. Vimal brings over two decades of experience over governance, strategic finance, performance management in both manufacturing and services sectors.
Currently serving as CFO at PPG Asian Paints Pvt. Ltd, a joint venture between PPG Industries and Asian Paints, Vimal looks after finance, accounting, taxation, internal audit, legal compliance and CSR functions.
