Realme India CEO Michael Guo has stepped down from his role, according to media reports citing a company spokesperson.
Following Guo’s departure, Chase Xu, Vice President of Realme Global, will oversee the company’s operations in India.
Xu was part of Realme’s founding team and has been involved with the brand’s India business for the past eight years, playing a key role in its growth in one of the company’s largest markets.
The leadership transition comes as Realme continues to strengthen its presence in India’s highly competitive smartphone and consumer electronics sector.
