Reema Jain Named Chief Information Officer at Unilever

Reema Jain has been named Chief Information Officer at Unilever, a move she shared on LinkedIn, describing it as an opportunity to accelerate the role of artificial intelligence and technology in shaping the business.

An experienced IT and digital transformation leader with more than two decades in the field, Jain has led large-scale change programmes across global capability centres and country operations. Her expertise spans cloud computing, artificial intelligence, analytics and DevOps.

This marks a return to Unilever for Jain, who previously worked with the company from May 2016 to May 2021. Before rejoining in May 2025, she served for over three years as Chief Information and Digital Officer at Hero MotoCorp.

Earlier in her career, Jain held senior leadership roles at Vodafone and General Electric. She has also served on the board of Hero MotoCorp Magneti Marelli Auto Limited, a joint venture between Hero MotoCorp and Marelli, and as a board observer at Ather Energy.
