Richard Morris, Chief Executive for the UK and EMEA at IPG Mediabrands, is set to exit the organisation as Omnicom Media continues its leadership restructuring in the wake of Omnicom’s acquisition of Interpublic Group (IPG), according to a UK media report.
His departure comes as the combined Omnicom–IPG entity transitions towards a unified operating structure, integrating IPG Mediabrands into Omnicom’s broader media and marketing ecosystem. The consolidation process has already triggered major leadership movements across global markets.
Morris, who has overseen IPG Mediabrands’ regional strategy across UM, Initiative and Mediahub, as well as integrated media services across EMEA, will leave as part of this continuing realignment. His exit reflects the wider effort to streamline structures and unify agency capabilities under the expanded Omnicom Media network, which now forms one of the largest media groups across the UK and Europe.
A successor has not yet been named. The integration, finalised in late 2025, is expected to continue reshaping leadership roles and operational models across both media and creative networks.
