Team Marksmen Network (TMN), India’s fastest-growing B2B media firm, has announced the appointment of Rishi Kapoor as CEO & Director, marking a significant milestone in the company’s growth journey.
In this key role, Kapoor will lead TMN's strategic growth initiatives, overseeing all aspects of business operations, with a particular focus on expanding the company's market presence and developing innovative client solutions. His appointment to the board highlights TMN’s commitment to strengthening its leadership team as it embarks on an ambitious trajectory, including expansion into global markets.
In addition to his leadership responsibilities, Kapoor will also become a key equity stakeholder in the company as part of TMN’s revised capitalisation table, demonstrating his commitment to the firm’s long-term success and growth.
Kapoor brings over 20 years of experience in building and managing sustainable verticals within the media industry. He has a proven track record of helping organisations achieve their strategic objectives while focusing on both top and bottom-line performance. In his most recent role as Partner at Sapphire Human Capital, Kapoor successfully developed new business verticals, launching multiple industry-led IPs and exclusive C-Suite communities such as Thought Leaders of India and India Diversity Forum, the first and only body in the country dedicated to promoting awareness of Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI).
Previously, as Senior Director at ET Edge (a division of the Times Group), Kapoor was a core team member who helped launch the business and played an integral role in scaling numerous successful initiatives, both domestically and internationally. His impressive career also includes leadership positions at Planman Consulting, HT Media, IDG Media, and Monster India.
