Rivaah by Tanishq’s new campaign captures different facets of modern Indian weddings

Rivaah by Tanishq has unveiled a new campaign, titled ‘One Wedding. Many Stories.’, which is inspired by how today’s bride crafts her own wedding. It brings together the destination, jewellery, people and experiences that collectively shape a celebration that is uniquely hers.

The campaign features Wedding Signatures, a curated bridal jewellery collection. Conceptualised by TBWA\Lintas, the film also focuses on a wider wedding ecosystem spanning destination, photography and film.

The campaign films have been directed by Shoojit Sircar, and wedding photographer Joseph Radhik has captured the bridal looks at Taj Jai Mahal Palace, Jaipur.

For the South market, the campaign features Anupama Parameswaran as the face of Rivaah.

Commenting on the campaign, Pelki Tshering, Chief Marketing Officer, Tanishq, said, “At Rivaah, we believe that marriages are crafted by the bride. Every bride brings her own point of view to the wedding she creates, making choices that reflect what she values and how she wants to experience her celebrations. This understanding shaped the way we approached Wedding Signatures. We looked beyond jewellery as a standalone element and considered the wider experience around it i.e. the destination, the moments she wants to remember and the relationships that make the celebration meaningful. Bringing these perspectives together through ‘One Wedding. Many Stories.’ allows us to celebrate the wedding as she experiences it as a deeply personal expression shaped by many choices, moments and stories.”

Sharing more about the process, Radhik said, “Weddings are carefully planned, but some of the moments we remember most are the ones that happen in between a glance, a laugh, a nervous smile or an unexpected interaction. With ‘One Wedding. Many Stories.’, I wanted to capture that sense of intimacy and spontaneity, looking beyond the formal portrait to the people and details that give each celebration its character. The jewellery naturally becomes part of these lived in moments, rather than existing separately from them.”

Sircar added, “What drew me to ‘One Wedding. Many Stories.’ was the opportunity to look beyond the rituals and focus on the people within them. The customs may be familiar, but every family brings its own relationships, humour and personality to them. We wanted the films to feel natural and observational, allowing those interactions to shape the stories. It is in these small exchanges between the bride, groom and their families that the warmth and individuality of a wedding really come alive.”

Commenting on the creative vision, Arpan Bhattacharyya, Executive Director & Head of Creative - South, TBWA\Lintas said, “What made this campaign exciting was the opportunity to bring together so many different facets of the Indian wedding and make them feel connected, yet distinctive. We wanted the work to have a sense of scale, while still retaining the detail and character that make each wedding world special. From the settings and visual storytelling to the regional narratives, every element was designed to add to the larger experience and make Wedding Signatures feel like a celebration of India’s many wedding traditions.”
