Samrat Ghosh, Chief Cluster Officer – East, North & Premium Cluster, Programming at Zee Entertainment Enterprises Ltd. (ZEEL), has resigned from his position. The company announced the development in a regulatory filing with the BSE and NSE.
According to the filing, Ghosh is stepping down due to personal reasons. His resignation is effective from 15 September 2025.
ZEEL also shared Ghosh’s resignation letter with the BSE. In the letter, Ghosh wrote, “After much consideration, I would like to formally resign from my role with effect from September 15, 2025, and am ready to serve my notice period as per company policy. Working under your guidance has been an incredibly rewarding experience. I have learned immensely from your leadership, mentorship, and support, and I will always remain grateful for the opportunities you have provided me.”
“I will ensure a smooth transition of my responsibilities and will be happy to assist in handing over my work to the person assigned by the organisation,” he added.
