The smartboard, which is proudly made in India, was introduced at the prestigious "SHARP Connect Zone" customer roadshow in Hyderabad, attended by over 300 guests, including SMEs, large corporates, and SHARP partners. The event also showcased SHARP’s extensive product range, such as Multifunctional Printers, Interactive and Non-Interactive Large Format Displays, Dynabook Laptops, and Air Purifiers.
The Pixel Edge is designed to redefine collaboration in conference rooms, classrooms, and creative spaces. Available in 65-inch, 75-inch, and 86-inch sizes, the smartboard features a stunning 4K LCD display with up to 1.07 billion colours and exceptional brightness levels, ensuring vibrant visuals and engaging presentations. The 65-inch model offers a brightness of 350 cd/m², while the larger models reach 400 cd/m². The contrast ratio of 1200:1 further enhances the display quality, making it ideal for dynamic presentations.
Equipped with a USB Type C interface, the Pixel Edge simplifies connectivity by consolidating audio, video, touch, camera, and microphone functions into a single cable. The advanced IR touch technology supports up to 40 simultaneous touch points, enabling seamless collaboration. It also includes a built-in Android OS controller for easy access to apps, while an optional OPS slot offers PC integration, catering to diverse business needs.
For modern collaboration, the Pixel Edge features an 8MP camera and an 8-microphone array for crystal-clear video conferencing. Its intuitive built-in Pen Software enables functions like split-screen and on-screen annotation, enhancing productivity. The K-Share Projection Software allows effortless screen casting and content control across devices such as iPads, smartphones, and PCs, fostering a truly interactive environment. Automatic over-the-air (OTA) updates ensure the smartboard stays optimised without downtime. Its robust, dustproof design guarantees uninterrupted operation in demanding environments.
