Snapdeal has launched a new brand campaign built around "Adjustitis", a fictional condition inspired by India's culture of constant adjustment, to encourage consumers to stop compromising between style and affordability.
Conceptualised as a humorous public awareness announcement, the campaign portrays Adjustitis as a widespread 'pandemic' affecting millions of Indians. Through the story of an Indian family, the brand highlights how consumers often believe they must choose between fashionable clothing and affordable prices.
The campaign also marks the lead-up to Snapdeal's Zero Adjust Swag Sale (ZASS), beginning July 3. The sale will feature exclusive offers across fashion and lifestyle categories, reinforcing the platform's proposition of delivering both style and savings.
Commenting on the launch, Achint Setia, CEO, Snapdeal, said: "Indians have become experts at adjusting. We adjust our schedules, our budgets and often even our expectations. That mindset has also found its way into shopping. Consumers are often made to believe that if they want style, they have to pay more, and if they want savings, they have to compromise on trendiness or quality. Through our Adjustitis campaign, we're challenging that belief. ZASS is built on a simple promise: when it comes to fashion, shoppers shouldn't have to choose between looking good and spending wisely. At Snapdeal, they can have both Swag and Savings."
The campaign reflects Snapdeal's continued focus on value-conscious shoppers, positioning the platform as a destination for trend-led fashion at accessible price points. It will be amplified across digital platforms, social media, influencer collaborations and in-app experiences throughout the sale period.
