Speciale Invest announced the elevation of Vishnu Rajeev to Investment Partner as the firm continues to invest from its third pre-seed and seed-stage fund and prepares to expand its early-growth investing platform.
The elevation takes place as Speciale Invest deploys capital from Speciale Invest Fund III, its pre-seed focused fund closed in 2025, and works towards the launch of Speciale Invest Growth Fund II in 2026, which will focus on early-growth stage deep-tech companies from India.
“Vishnu has been deeply involved in building Speciale’s investment engine over the years — from thesis development and underwriting complex science risk to working closely with founders through the early stages of company building,” said Vishesh Rajaram, Founding Partner, Speciale Invest. “His elevation to Partner reflects both his contribution to the platform and our belief in building long-term leadership continuity as we scale across funds and stages.”
The announcement follows recent leadership appointments at the firm. Speciale Invest had earlier announced Vijay Jacob joining as General Partner to lead its growth-stage strategy, and Krishnaswamy Srinivasan joining as General Partner and Chief Financial Officer, responsible for finance, governance, and institutional scale-up.
The expanded partnership is intended to support the firm’s activities across pre-seed, seed, and early-growth investing in deep-technology companies.
