The leadership structure brings together seasoned leaders across Product, Technology, Delivery, Human Resources, and core business functions, complementing an experienced senior management team that continues to lead Sportz Interactive’s growing industry verticals and global sales. This combined expertise positions the company to drive innovation, scale operations, and deliver market-leading solutions to clients worldwide.
The new structure is a triad of product, technology, and delivery. With Sanket Sawkar, Chief Product & Innovation Officer (CPIO) defining the company’s product vision and innovation strategy, creating solutions tailored to evolving client and market needs. With experience from JP Morgan, Amazon, and Razorpay, Monojit Banerjee, Chief Technology Officer (CTO) will lead the development of scalable, secure engineering platforms to power SI’s ambitious product roadmap and Ravi Ranjan, Chief Delivery Officer (CDO), a delivery expert from Capgemini and Thoughtworks, Ravi will ensure timely, high-quality project delivery across the organisation.
Strengthening the company’s focus on people, Himanshu Kapadia has also been roped in as SI’s first Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO), bringing experience from Disney, HDFC, and DBS. He will drive a people-first culture to enable high performance and sustained growth.
