Spotify has elevated Neha Ahuja to the role of Director, Growth – JAPAC (Japan and Asia-Pacific). In her new position, Ahuja will drive growth strategies across key markets including Japan, Korea, Australia, and Southeast Asia.
Ahuja, who joined Spotify in 2019 as Director and Head of Marketing, India, has played a pivotal role in building the brand’s presence in the country. Prior to Spotify, she worked with Procter & Gamble in marketing and later held senior roles at Vodafone in marketing and partnerships.
In her expanded role, she will oversee strategy, marketing, market-fit initiatives, and payment solutions, leveraging data, experimentation, and cultural insights to accelerate growth.
Apart from her professional role, Ahuja also serves on the board of Women in Tech® India, where she works towards empowering women in the technology sector.
