Statiq, an EV charging network provider in India, has launched a targeted Hyperlocal EV Campaign across Hyderabad, Chennai, and parts of Kerala. The initiative is part of the company’s efforts to expand its charging infrastructure and improve access to electric vehicle charging in South India.
The campaign aims to raise awareness of Statiq’s operations in the region through localised outreach, digital engagement, and regional content. The company’s charging network includes installations at malls, hotels, fuel stations, and highways, featuring FLUX DC fast chargers and AutoCharge-enabled points. The Statiq mobile app supports users with functions such as a Route Planner, Statiq Wallet for payments and rewards, and real-time charger availability.
Mr Akshit Bansal, Founder & CEO, Statiq, said, “Our Hyperlocal EV Campaign is about making EV infrastructure a reality for everyone in South India, especially in regions that have so far remained unconnected. We’re focused on bridging the gaps and ensuring that reliable, accessible charging is available not just in major cities, but across towns and emerging areas as well. As India moves towards clean mobility, we at Statiq are dedicated to deepening EV penetration and making every part of India truly EV-friendly and accessible.”
Mr Raghav Arora, Co-Founder & CTO, Statiq, added, “Statiq’s strength lies in our ability to innovate for India’s unique needs. From FLUX fast charging to hyperlocal app features, we’re ensuring that every use enjoys a seamless, tech-driven charging experience. Our vision is to power the next wave of EV adoption across real India, one city at a time.”
The Statiq City Awareness Drive includes billboards and hoardings in Hyderabad, Chennai, and several cities in Kerala—Kozhikode, Ernakulam, Thrissur, and Thiruvananthapuram. Additional campaign elements include standees at charging stations, print materials such as origami fans distributed in Delhi, and bookmarks sent via Instamart orders. The campaign also features digital ads on Meta and Google with region-specific sign-up codes, WhatsApp campaigns, push notifications, in-app content under Statiq Buzz, and collaborations with local influencers producing content in Tamil, Telugu, and Malayalam.
Through this initiative, Statiq intends to extend its services to a broader user base in South India and support the transition towards electric mobility.
