Tarini Shrikhande has been appointed as Managing Director and GEICO Strategy Lead at Interpublic Group (IPG). She announced her new role in a LinkedIn post, confirming her return to the agency sector.

Before joining IPG, Shrikhande held the position of Senior Director, Transformation at Black Glass. She has experience in brand strategy and marketing leadership, with a focus on developing campaigns aimed at consumer engagement and measurable outcomes.
Her appointment aligns with IPG’s efforts to enhance its strategic services and deliver client value through data-led insights and creative output.
