Tata Tele Business Services (TTBS), a B2B digital and cloud solutions provider in India, has launched a new brand mascot named ‘Mira’. Designed as a digital advisor, Mira aims to assist small and medium enterprises (SMEs) in adopting and implementing digital tools.
Mira will be part of TTBS’s broader customer engagement and support initiatives. According to the company, she will provide guidance to SMEs through various stages of their digital journey, including helping them understand and implement technology solutions.
“With Mira, we’re redefining how businesses engage with digital solutions through simplicity, warmth, and trust,” said Vishal Rally, President & Chief Revenue Officer, Tata Teleservices. “Mira reflects our values of being approachable and expert-led ensuring SMEs feel supported at every step of their growth. Mira will bridge the gap between complex tech-speak and real-world business needs, making digital transformation an inclusive and seamless experience.”
TTBS stated that Mira has been developed as a female digital persona to align with the increasing role of women in business and entrepreneurship. She is expected to feature across the company’s marketing, communication, and support platforms.
Key functions highlighted by TTBS include simplifying technical content, providing guidance on digital tools, and supporting businesses in their transition processes.
Mira will also be involved in presenting case studies and client success stories, reinforcing TTBS’s positioning of delivering digital transformation for SMEs.
