Activewear brand TechnoSport has appointed Achal Sharma as its Chief Technology Officer, effective immediately, as the company looks to accelerate its digital transformation and support its next phase of growth.
In his new role, Sharma will lead the company’s technology vision and execution, overseeing innovation across digital platforms, data science, engineering and product capabilities.
Sharma brings over 18 years of experience in building and scaling high-performance technology organisations. He has previously held senior technology leadership roles at companies such as Wakefit, Myntra, Mobile Premier League and Vision11, where he led large engineering teams and worked on building scalable technology platforms.
At TechnoSport, he will focus on strengthening the company’s core technology architecture while driving a broader digital transformation across channels and data-led decision frameworks.
Sharma will also oversee the development of both backend and customer-facing technology systems, with an emphasis on building scalable and resilient digital experiences. In addition, he will shape the company’s long-term technology roadmap in alignment with its broader strategic ambitions.
Working closely with teams across product, marketing, supply chain and operations, Sharma is expected to help develop integrated technology capabilities aimed at delivering seamless omnichannel experiences and improving operational agility across the organisation.
