Tejas Lad has joined Dentsu India as Director - Digital Planning. He was previously Global Account Director at Havas Media Network India, where he worked for nearly two years.
Announcing the move on LinkedIn, Lad wrote, “I’m happy to share that I’m starting a new position as Director - Digital Planning at Dentsu India! After an incredible journey managing international market business, it feels fantastic to be back in the domestic market. There is a unique energy and pace here that I’ve truly missed. I’m looking forward to this new chapter, collaborating with some of the brightest minds in the industry, and driving impactful digital transformation. Let’s get to work!”
Lad has more than ten years of experience in the advertising industry. He has worked on campaigns across finance, automobile and FMCG categories, with experience in campaign management, creative strategy and performance optimisation.
Before joining Havas Media Network India, Lad was Associate Business Director at Wavemaker India. He also worked at GroupM as Senior Digital Manager for a year. He spent over five years at Wavemaker, where his final role was Business Manager. Earlier in his career, he was associated with IBS as Digital Marketing Executive.
