The Indian Garage Co. (TIGC), India’s leading homegrown fast-fashion brand, continues to expand its offline presence with the opening of two Exclusive Brand Outlets (EBOs) in Hyderabad and one in Kochi. These openings are part of the brand’s goal to open 10 stores in 10 weeks, reflecting its commitment to bringing innovative fashion to a wider audience across India.
The first store in Hyderabad, located in Vanasthalipuram, opened on December 7th, 2024. The 2,300-square-foot outlet garnered an enthusiastic response, drawing over 1,000 customers on opening day. The second store, located in Sarath City Mall, launched on February 15th, 2025, further solidifying the brand’s footprint in the city.
TIGC also made its debut in Kerala with the opening of a store at the renowned Lulu Mall in Kochi on December 28th, 2024. This marks the brand’s first venture into the state and was attended by prominent figures such as Shibu Philips, Director of Shopping Malls, Lulu Group India, Reema Reji, General Manager, Lulu Malls India, and Vishnu R. Nath, General Manager at Lulu Malls Kochi, among others.
The new stores showcase the brand’s latest collections, blending streetwear, old-money aesthetics, and Korean-inspired designs to offer a timeless yet trendsetting look. This aligns with the brand’s strategy of appealing to Gen-Z fashion enthusiasts with innovative styles.
As part of a broader offline strategy, TIGC plans to allocate 20% of its budget towards expanding Exclusive Brand Outlets (EBOs), which are expected to contribute 30% of the brand’s total revenue in the next 3-5 years. The long-term goal is to reach 100 stores across India, positioning the brand as a key player in the retail market while also providing opportunities for young entrepreneurs.
Anant Tanted, Founder & CEO of The Indian Garage Co., commented, “We are delighted to bring The Indian Garage Co.’s distinctive blend of fashion, innovation, and customer-centricity to Hyderabad and Kochi with its EBOs.
