The House of Titan aims for rapid expansion with plans for 90-100 stores nationwide by 2027.

Titan's IRTH Launches First Exclusive Brand Store for Premium Handbags in Mumbai

IRTH, the premium handbag brand from the House of Titan, has announced the launch of its first exclusive brand store in Mumbai. Located at Palladium Mall, a key shopping destination, the store aims to offer customers a curated selection of thoughtfully crafted handbags.

Since its launch in October 2022, IRTH has expanded to over 50 cities, establishing 130 large-format stores and a robust online presence. The brand has attracted approximately 90,000 customers who own IRTH bags. As the women’s handbag market is projected to grow to INR 7,500 crore at a CAGR of around 10% between 2023 and 2028, IRTH aims to cater to women's everyday mobility needs with a diverse product range. This includes work bags, tall totes, shoulder bags, handhelds, slings, cross-body bags, clutches, and wallets.

The new store offers a unique collection specifically curated for its exclusive outlets and online shoppers. This includes a genuine leather edit priced between INR 5,995 and INR 10,995, along with mini leather items available at introductory prices starting from INR 295 to INR 1,995.

Mr. Manish Gupta, CEO of the Fragrance and Accessories division at Titan Company Ltd., stated, “We are pleased to open our first yellow door in Mumbai, a prominent fashion and shopping destination in India. Establishing a physical presence in key locations will enhance brand visibility and provide a more immersive shopping experience for consumers who appreciate both physical and online retail.”

In a strategic move to strengthen its foothold in the organised handbag market, IRTH plans to open approximately 100 stores across India by the end of FY27. This expansion underscores the brand's commitment to establishing itself as a significant player in a rapidly growing market.

“Given the positive market conditions and the enthusiastic response to our products, we anticipate exceeding a combined revenue of over INR 1,000 crore by FY27 from both IRTH and Fastrack bags,” Mr. Gupta added.

As IRTH embarks on this new phase, the brand invites women in Mumbai to explore its offerings and redefine their premium handbag experience.
