Ugaoo, a leading home gardening company in India, has launched its new campaign, Anyone Can Plant, aimed at making gardening more accessible and relatable. The initiative, which begins today, focuses on personal stories and content shared by creators to highlight everyday experiences of plant care during the monsoon season.
This marks Ugaoo’s first large-scale, creator-led brand campaign. With 'Anyone Can Plant', the company is positioning itself as a lifestyle brand that draws on storytelling and content collaborations to connect with younger audiences in India.
Over the years, Ugaoo has expanded its reach through a content-focused approach, including tutorials, founder-led videos, and plant care tips. The brand currently has a community of over 362,000 followers across digital platforms. In the past six months, Ugaoo’s content has reached more than 20 million unique accounts, with Meta engagement increasing by 300% year-on-year.
The campaign features a group of content creators—from lifestyle influencers to individuals new to gardening—who will share their personal stories about growing plants during the monsoon. The content includes anecdotes about successes and failures in plant care, presented through formats such as monologues, day-in-the-life clips, and short video rants. The aim is to reflect the seasonal shift and encourage more people to explore plant care without the expectation of expertise.
Siddhant Bhalinge, Founder & CEO of Ugaoo, said, “Monsoon is when nature resets—bringing with it new life, fresh energy, and the ideal conditions to grow plants, both indoors and outdoors. It’s a season that naturally draws us closer to greenery, and inspires us to bring the lushness of nature and that sense of renewal into our homes. With Anyone Can Plant, we’re celebrating that instinct. This campaign champions the desire to nurture, not the pressure to be perfect. Plant care doesn’t require jargon or a green thumb; it just needs curiosity and the willingness to find joy in nature. If the monsoon is nature’s love letter to growth, this campaign is ours—to encourage a new generation of plant parents to begin their journey.”
Ugaoo aims to promote gardening as a practice that intersects sustainability, mindfulness, and design. The brand intends to use this campaign to continue building a culture around home gardening.
The creator line-up for the campaign includes Nikhil Kini, Saniya Mirwani, Deesha Katkar, Joel Dsouza, among others. Their stories will be shared throughout July and August on Instagram.
