Vertiv, a company specialising in critical digital infrastructure, has announced the appointment of Mike Giresi as global Chief Information Officer (CIO), effective 30 June 2025. He will lead initiatives in AI integration, cybersecurity, product security, and digital productivity and customer experience across the business.

Giresi was most recently chief digital officer at Molex, a consumer electronics company. He has over 30 years of IT experience, with more than 20 in leadership positions. His previous roles include chief digital & technology officer at Aramark, CIO at Royal Caribbean Cruises, Ltd., CIO at Tory Burch, CIO at Direct Brands (Columbia House & Doubleday), and CIO, SVP IT at Godiva Chocolatier.
He holds an Executive MBA from Saint Joseph’s University – Erivan K. Haub School of Business, and a BA in English and Information Systems from Seton Hall University.
