Veteran advertising leader Rohit Ohri launches a culture consultancy, Ohriginal

Less than a year after moving on from the position of Global Partner at FCB, Rohit Ohri has launched a culture consultancy, aptly christened as Ohriginal, an interesting spin on his surname. It is built on a bold belief: that culture is not just an HR initiative - it’s a company’s most powerful competitive advantage.

At the heart of Ohriginal is the idea of the CulturePrint - a unique, original fingerprint that defines how an organization thinks, feels, and behaves. When activated, this CulturePrint can turn high-potential teams into high-performance ones, Ohri believes. The consultancy’s logo which includes a fingerprint is symbolic of this and also his personal investment with the firms he would collaborate with. Ohriginal after all is a company of one - intentionally lean, deeply personal, and built for impact. By staying independent and hands-on, Ohri hopes to bring senior level thinking and direct collaboration to every engagement.

Confirming the launch to e4m, Rohit Ohri, Founder, Ohriginal says, “Ohriginal isn’t a consulting firm with layers.” Ohri explains, “It’s a company of one - but it draws from a lifetime of leadership, creativity, and cultural transformation. I work directly with leaders to help them define and activate the cultural energy that fuels performance.”

Remember Rohit Ohri is one of the most successful advertising leaders in the country, having transformed network agencies like Dentsu, having set in motion the acquisition spree of the network by bringing into its fold successful agencies like Taproot and WebChutney; and more recently FCB Group India (Now FCB India) bringing global recognition to the network at top advertising festivals. 

After leading 850 people at FCB and over 500 at Dentsu, Rohit Ohri will be a one-man army at Ohriginal which will operate from Gurgaon with a pan India network of clients. Through a blend of diagnostics, storytelling, leadership coaching, and deep cultural immersion, Ohriginal will help organisations decode their CulturePulse: the invisible energy that drives people and performance, define their CulturePrint: an actionable philosophy aligned with purpose and values; Activate culture across leadership, communication, and daily rituals and mentor internal culture champions to sustain momentum at scale.
