Less than a year after moving on from the position of Global Partner at FCB, Rohit Ohri has launched a culture consultancy, aptly christened as Ohriginal, an interesting spin on his surname. It is built on a bold belief: that culture is not just an HR initiative - it’s a company’s most powerful competitive advantage.
At the heart of Ohriginal is the idea of the CulturePrint - a unique, original fingerprint that defines how an organization thinks, feels, and behaves. When activated, this CulturePrint can turn high-potential teams into high-performance ones, Ohri believes. The consultancy’s logo which includes a fingerprint is symbolic of this and also his personal investment with the firms he would collaborate with. Ohriginal after all is a company of one - intentionally lean, deeply personal, and built for impact. By staying independent and hands-on, Ohri hopes to bring senior level thinking and direct collaboration to every engagement.

After leading 850 people at FCB and over 500 at Dentsu, Rohit Ohri will be a one-man army at Ohriginal which will operate from Gurgaon with a pan India network of clients.
