Dubai Tourism has launched a new global campaign titled ‘Dubai, Ready For A Surprise’ featuring Indian celebrities Virat Kohli and Anushka Sharma. Known for their love for the city, the couple takes viewers through their favourite experiences in Dubai, marking their first-ever destination-led collaboration.
The campaign film showcases Virat and Anushka surprising each other with curated moments across Dubai — from scenic spots to thrill-seeking adventures — highlighting the emotional connections and unexpected discoveries travel can bring.
Speaking about the campaign, Virat Kohli said, “This project brought out a different side of Dubai for us. Whether it was relaxing at Tapasake at One&Only One Za’abeel or enjoying the vibe at O Beach, every visit to Dubai feels familiar, yet fresh. That’s what keeps us coming back.”
Anushka Sharma added, “Dubai has always been special, but this campaign made it feel more personal. It wasn’t about ticking off landmarks, but about making memories. The city brings a unique mix of comfort and newness every time.”
With India remaining one of Dubai’s most important tourism markets, the campaign is a strategic move to deepen cultural ties and inspire travellers to see Dubai as more than just a luxury destination.
