Wipro Limited has appointed Laura Marie Miller to its Board of Directors for a five-year term beginning 1 April 2026, subject to shareholder approval.
Miller brings more than two decades of executive leadership experience guiding global organisations through large-scale transformation, modernisation and sustained performance improvement. She is recognised for helping enterprises navigate technology and AI-driven change while aligning digital and data capabilities with broader business strategy.
Previously, Miller was part of the executive leadership team at Macy's, where she played a key role in shaping the retailer’s digital, data and AI strategy. She has also held global leadership roles at InterContinental Hotels Group and First Data.
Welcoming her to the Board, Rishad Premji, Executive Chairman, Wipro Limited, said, “Laura is a proven technology leader with deep experience guiding global organizations through complex change. Her strategic leadership, public company board experience, and understanding of technology governance and risk make her a valuable addition to our Board.”

She brings significant public company board experience, having served as a director at EVO Payments during a period of strong growth that culminated in its acquisition by Global Payments. She also previously served on the board of LGI Homes.
Miller currently serves as a Non-Executive Director at NCR Voyix and Ahold Delhaize.
She holds a Bachelor of Science in Information Systems Management from University of Maryland, Baltimore County and a Master of Science in Computer Systems Management from University of Maryland University College.
