ZILO has announced a partnership with Anaita Shroff Adajania, who will join the company as Style Director and equity partner.
Under the agreement, Anaita will be involved in curating edits, developing collections, and introducing brands on the platform. She will also have a dedicated page on the ZILO app, where users can access her curated selections across available brands. The collaboration is structured as a long-term engagement, with Anaita contributing to regular edits and ongoing curation.
Users will be able to shop complete looks, try selected pieces at home, and keep what they choose, in line with ZILO’s existing service model.
The partnership forms part of ZILO’s broader plans to develop a more editorially driven fashion experience alongside rapid delivery.
Bhavik Jhaveri, Co-founder & CIO, ZILO, said, “ZILO has always been about delivering not just what consumers want, but what they didn’t know they needed, instantly. Having Anaita coming on board as an equity partner and strategic ally will take that mission to the next level. Her belief in the brand and her creative lens will play a key role in shaping how India shops, styles, and discovers fashion in real time.”
Padmakumar Pal, Co-founder & CEO, ZILO, added, “Our goal has always been to merge the thrill of discovery with the speed of technology. Anaita’s decision to invest in ZILO is a strong validation of that vision. It brings long-term creative leadership and editorial authority into the platform, reinforcing our belief that fashion can be smart, sustainable, and style-forward.”
On the partnership, Anaita Shroff Adajania added,“The way India shops and engages with fashion is evolving, and I wanted to back a platform that truly understands and is building for this shift. Investing in ZILO feels like a natural decision because of its clarity of vision; combining speed, accessibility, and a strong editorial point of view. This strategic partnership allows me to translate the world of high fashion and celebrity styling into curated, everyday edits that consumers can explore and shop instantly. It’s an exciting opportunity to help shape the future of fashion discovery and make elevated style more accessible.”
ZILO said the collaboration will continue to focus on integrating curated fashion content with its on-demand commerce model.
