Zuno General Insurance has introduced a new campaign titled ‘Say Hi’ to coincide with Mental Health Awareness Month. The initiative is intended to highlight the importance of small gestures in encouraging meaningful social interactions in an increasingly digital world.
The campaign focuses on the value of reaching out with a simple greeting, especially in everyday settings where disconnection often goes unnoticed. It aims to encourage individuals to take a moment to connect with others, particularly those who may be experiencing silent struggles.
“Say Hi” is built on the premise that small acts, such as saying hello, can lead to more significant conversations and support. The campaign features short videos and social media content portraying common situations where people may be emotionally distant—from workplaces to families.
“At Zuno, ‘easy, breezy, surely’ isn’t just a brand promise, it’s a way of being. We are here to make life a little lighter not just through insurance, but by fostering real, human connections. Our brand’s signature outreach symbol signifies connection, and this campaign brings that philosophy to life. Whether it’s simplifying claims or the act of reaching out, Zuno is committed to making the hard stuff a little easier including talking about mental health,” said Ketan Mankikar, Vice President & Head of Marketing, Zuno General Insurance.
As part of the initiative, Zuno is also hosting an AMA (Ask Me Anything) session on Instagram featuring a mental wellness professional. Users can submit questions via comments or direct messages, with responses shared through video messages on the company’s social media platforms.
The campaign aims to encourage more conversations around mental health and promote everyday empathy through small but intentional actions.
