Accenture has appointed Pradeep P. as Senior Managing Director & Incoming India Business Head. He will assume the role from September 1, leading the company's India business during a period of continued growth for enterprises and Global Capability Centres (GCCs).
Pradeep announced the appointment on LinkedIn, saying, “It’s an exciting time to step into this role, especially as Indian businesses scale up and GCCs across the country continue to grow into true engines for global innovation.”
He joins Accenture after nearly a decade at McKinsey & Company, where he advised businesses on strategy and transformation. Earlier in his career, he held leadership positions at Monitor Deloitte (formerly Monitor Group), Unilever India and GE, bringing experience across consulting, consumer goods and industrial sectors.
His appointment comes as Accenture continues to strengthen its leadership team to support the rapid expansion of India's business and innovation ecosystem.
