Adsgrove Digital has appointed Aanchal Kapoor as its new Chief Executive Officer. Kapoor, who has previously worked with agencies such as GroupM, Madison, OMD and Xposure Media, brings over a decade of experience leading integrated mandates for brands including LG, Shell, Bose, Duracell, Honda, ETS and Dawaat. She will work alongside founder Rajkumar Singh, ex–Vice President at ANS Commerce, and will oversee branding and performance operations.
The leadership change aligns with the agency's focus on what it refers to as “brandformance,” a model that combines brand building with performance-led impact. A firm believer of the ethos of “Every ad rupee matters”, Kapoor emphasizes efficiency and creating measurable impact, saying, “Each penny needs to be counted, and we’re making it count.” On asking about her plans for her new endeavour in the imminent future, the newly-appointed CEO says “Creativity gives brands their soul; data gives them direction. Our mission at Adsgrove is to blend both seamlessly to deliver meaningful, measurable impact.”
Adsgrove states that its work philosophy is centred around integrating long-term brand value with short-term performance metrics. The agency’s services include branding, performance marketing, automation and analytics, and search everywhere optimization, incorporating SEO, AEO, GEO and voice search along with social content.
The appointment signals a shift in Adsgrove’s leadership structure at a time when the agency aims to scale unified marketing solutions, combining creative storytelling with data-led efficiency.
