Ageas Federal Life Insurance has expanded the responsibilities of three senior leaders as part of its strategy to strengthen product innovation, digital distribution and partnership-led growth while building a future-ready distribution ecosystem.
The leadership changes include Gaurav Jain, who has been named National Head – Product Management, Product Pricing & Distribution Strategy; Gaurav Dubey, who continues as National Head – Digital Distribution with an expanded mandate; and Debashish Duttagupta, who has been redesignated as National Head – Strategic Partner Acquisition & Growth.
In his expanded role, Jain will continue to oversee product management and pricing while taking charge of the company's distribution strategy. With over 25 years of experience in life insurance and financial services, he will work on aligning customer insights, product innovation and channel strategy to drive profitable growth.
Dubey will now lead the company's Digital Distribution, Retail Broking, Insurance Marketing Firm (IMF), Regional Rural Bank (RRB) and Direct-to-Consumer (D2C) businesses. His mandate includes expanding digital distribution, strengthening institutional partnerships and developing technology-led distribution models. He brings more than 18 years of experience across digital insurance, partnerships, distribution strategy and marketing.
Meanwhile, Duttagupta will head the company's strategic partnership acquisition and ecosystem growth across banks, NBFCs, fintechs, corporate agents, affinity partners, digital platforms and institutional clients. With over 27 years of experience, he will focus on expanding partnership-led distribution and building scalable, technology-enabled business models.
According to the company, the expanded mandates are aimed at accelerating growth, strengthening distribution capabilities and supporting a diversified, future-ready distribution architecture.
