GTC Network has appointed Ashish Chopra as Senior Vice President for North and East, as it looks to strengthen its regional presence and revenue operations.
Chopra brings over 25 years of experience across television, digital and print. He joins the company after a 12-year stint at Disney Star, where he held leadership roles across multiple portfolios. As part of the sports business, he led revenue across TV and digital platforms, focusing on partnerships and growth.
Over his career, Chopra has worked with organisations including Sab Group, Aaj Tak, Zee Network, Media Transasia International, Amar Ujala, The Tribune and HT Media, across both Indian and international markets.
In his new role, he will oversee revenue growth across North and East markets, with a focus on advertiser partnerships, market expansion and monetisation across linear, digital and emerging platforms.
