^ a t o m has announced two key appointments in its leadership team. While Ishita Hora has joined the agency as Senior Vice President, Preitesh Ghag has been named Group Creative Director.
Hora brings over 15 years of experience across leading brands and agencies, including Ogilvy and WPP Production. Having worked across businesses such as Coca-Cola and Unilever, her expertise lies in growing brands, businesses and high-performing teams.
On her new role, Hora said, “Joining ^ a t o m was a very considered, long-term decision for me. I wanted to get back to the kind of advertising I’ve always loved, while being somewhere I could add real value and continue to grow. The people, culture, energy and work at ^ a t o m felt incredibly aligned with how I like to work. I’m excited about what we can build together.”
Ghag, who has joined as Group Creative Director, brings nearly two decades of experience across advertising, creative leadership and filmmaking, including his recent stint at Creativeland Asia. A filmmaker as well as a creative leader, Ghag’s debut independent short film, Raanphool (Wildflower), has received selections and recognition at festivals including Jagran Film Festival, International Film Festival of Shimla, JIFF and Dadasaheb Phalke International Film Festival.
Commenting on the development, Abhik Santara, CEO, and Yash Kulshresth, CCO, ^ a t o m said, “We are building ^ a t o m around deeper, longer-term relationships with our brands. None of the brands that we manage are short term, one-off projects. And that requires people who can understand a client’s business beyond the brief and turn that understanding into stronger relationships and stronger work. Ishita and Preitesh bring exactly that scale, bigness and depth of experience through the global iconic brands that they have managed.”
The two appointments add to ^ a t o m’s existing senior leadership team, which includes Abheek Chatterji, Chief Business Officer, Khyati Sarang, Head of Planning, and three creative units who will continue to lead the agency’s business, strategy functions and creative functions.
