Bharti AXA Life Insurance has appointed Prerak Parmar as its new Chief Growth Officer, a move that is set to strengthen the company's leadership team. Prerak, who brings over 26 years of experience in the FMCG and Life Insurance sectors, will lead all proprietary distribution channels at Bharti AXA Life, including Agency, Partner Office, Insurance Manager, and Direct Distribution. He will also jointly oversee revenue assurance and pricing.
Prerak’s leadership is expected to enhance the company’s distribution network and accelerate its growth trajectory. His extensive experience in sales and general management will be crucial in boosting frontline productivity, improving customer retention, and optimising business efficiency.
He holds an MBA from the Institute of Management Technology (IMT), Ghaziabad, specialising in Business, Management, Marketing, and Related Support Services.
