Schneider Electric has appointed Ms. Bhavna Verma as Vice President – Strategy and M&A for the Greater India Zone. She succeeds Ms. Damini Chaudhari, who recently moved to the position of Vice President – Services.
This is Ms. Verma’s second tenure with Schneider Electric. She previously served as Exports Director – M&A Integration Office and worked in Strategy & Sales Excellence.

In her new role, Ms. Verma will oversee Corporate Strategy, Software Strategy, Sales Excellence, and CSR for the zone, guiding the development and execution of the mid- to long-term roadmap. She has over 17 years of experience in management consulting, corporate strategy, M&A, and marketing, with previous leadership roles at Cargill, Honeywell, EY, and Schneider Electric.
Her background includes designing and delivering business and functional strategies for both organic and inorganic growth, as well as building teams. At Cargill, she most recently led strategy, category marketing, and product management for the Food Solutions business.
The appointment underscores Schneider Electric’s focus on leadership continuity and succession planning in the Greater India Zone.
