Bikanervala, the iconic Indian brand known for its traditional sweets and snacks, has celebrated the grand opening of its 225th outlet at New Rohtak Road, near Liberty Cinema. The new outlet spans over 5000 sq. ft. and offers a fully air-conditioned space with seating for over 100 guests, making it an ideal spot for family gatherings and dining experiences.
The brand, with a legacy dating back to 1905, began as Bikaner Namkeen Bhandar in Bikaner’s Kote Gate, established by Shri Lal Chand Agarwal. In 1950, two brothers expanded the business to Delhi, where it soon gained popularity for its signature items like Rasogollas, Bikaneri Bhujia, and Kaju Katli. The shop became affectionately known as Bikanervala, a name that has now become synonymous with authentic Indian flavours.
Today, Bikanervala operates over 225 outlets across India and internationally, including in the USA, Canada, UAE, Qatar, Bahrain, New Zealand, Singapore, and Nepal. The brand also offers a 100% vegetarian multi-cuisine dining experience while preserving its roots in traditional Indian sweets and snacks. Additionally, its packaged food brand, Bikano, is popular in India and exported globally. The New Rohtak Road outlet will also serve as a single-point source for all Bikano products.
