Canon India launches ‘EveryDay’ highlighting workplace inclusion beyond Women’s Day

Canon India has launched a campaign titled ‘EveryDay’ around International Women’s Day, highlighting the role of everyday workplace practices in building a more inclusive work environment.

The campaign focuses on how inclusion and gender equality are shaped through routine interactions and organisational culture rather than symbolic moments or one-day observances. According to the company, the initiative highlights workplace dynamics where employees are encouraged to share ideas, participate in discussions and pursue professional growth.

Through the ‘EveryDay’ campaign, Canon India highlights small workplace moments that collectively contribute to an inclusive environment — from team discussions where voices are heard to opportunities where employees are able to grow their careers alongside personal commitments. The campaign presents these moments as part of the organisation’s broader approach to workplace culture.

Commenting on the campaign, Mr. Toshiaki Nomura, President & CEO, Canon India, said, “At Canon, we believe inclusion is not defined by a single day or statement, it is built through everyday actions and behaviors. ‘EveryDay’ reflects our commitment to creating a workplace where people are respected, heard, and given equal opportunity to grow. When inclusion becomes a way of working every day, it drives stronger teams, better ideas, and meaningful progress for everyone.”

The campaign is anchored by a brand film that captures everyday interactions within Canon offices, highlighting situations where team members contribute ideas, participate in conversations and collaborate in an environment designed to support equal opportunity. The film aims to illustrate how inclusion can be embedded in daily workplace behaviour.

The initiative also builds on Canon India’s ongoing ‘She #CANwithCanon’ programme, which focuses on creating opportunities for women across different roles within the organisation. Through such initiatives, the company says it aims to support professional growth and participation for women at various stages of their careers.

The ‘EveryDay’ campaign film has been released across Canon India’s social media platforms including Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, X and YouTube.
