Cetaphil has launched a new campaign for its moisturiser range, titled ‘Skin Barrier Strong. Toh Skincare Routine On’, as it focuses on growing consumer interest in skincare routines and skin barrier care.
The campaign highlights the importance of maintaining a strong skin barrier as consumers add products, actives, makeup and new ingredients to their routines. It positions moisturisers as more than hydration products, highlighting their role in supporting, repairing and maintaining the skin barrier.
As part of the campaign, Cetaphil is highlighting its moisturiser range, which includes products for different skin types. These include the Daily Advance Ultra Hydrating Lotion for extremely dry skin, Moisturising Cream for dry to normal skin, Moisturising Lotion for normal to combination skin and the newly launched Daily Hydrating Lotion for combination to oily skin.
"Consumers today are excited by everything skincare has to offer: new ingredients, new routines, new ways to express themselves through their skin. A weak skin barrier can be more prone to irritation, dryness, or sensitivity2, making daily moisturisation with Cetaphil moisturisers an important step. Powered by Barrier-3 Complex (Niacinamide, Glycerin and Panthenol), it helps strengthen the skin barrier1 and provide lasting hydration,3” said Viju Nair, Business Unit Director, Dermatology Skincare, Galderma India.
The Cetaphil Moisturising Cream and Moisturising Lotion feature the brand’s Barrier-3 Complex, comprising niacinamide, glycerin and panthenol. Cetaphil claims its moisturiser range provides 48-hour hydration and makes the skin barrier 4.5 times stronger. Through the campaign, the brand aims to reinforce skin barrier care as an integral part of an everyday skincare routine.
