Droga5 has been appointed as the global creative agency for Microsoft Copilot, according to media reports.
The appointment sees Droga5 take over from Panay Films as the lead creative partner for Copilot. The account is reportedly valued at between $20 million and $30 million in annual agency fees.
The win expands Droga5’s relationship with Microsoft, which has been a long-standing client of the agency. Droga5 has previously worked on campaigns for Xbox and Windows 11.
The appointment comes as Microsoft continues to invest in strengthening Copilot’s position within the increasingly competitive AI market. The company has been expanding the product’s capabilities and consumer presence amid growing competition in the generative AI space.
According to reports, the move is intended to support Copilot’s brand-building efforts and sharpen its positioning as Microsoft seeks to drive wider adoption of its AI assistant across consumer and enterprise audiences.
