Finolex Cables has appointed Mahesh Viswanathan as its Chief Executive Officer, marking a leadership transition as the company looks to strengthen its position across core and high-growth business segments.
A Chartered Accountant with more than four decades of professional experience, Viswanathan has been part of Finolex Cables’ leadership team for over 17 years. During his tenure, he has played a key role in the company’s financial and operational management, supporting expansion across business segments and contributing to its long-term growth strategy.
His appointment comes as Finolex Cables continues to strengthen its presence in the electrical and communication cables market while expanding into categories such as consumer electrical products, smart home solutions and allied segments.
