Finolex Cables Limited has appointed Sachin Naik as its Chief Financial Officer (CFO), effective June 1, 2026.
Naik brings close to three decades of experience spanning financial strategy, business transformation, capital allocation, fundraising, investor relations, corporate governance, risk management and operational excellence.
His appointment comes as the company continues to strengthen its leadership team and build capabilities to support future growth and long-term value creation.
Over the course of his career, Naik has held leadership roles at companies including UPL, Supreme Industries and Shalimar Paints, where he led strategic initiatives, transformation programmes, governance enhancement and enterprise-wide change management projects.
As CFO, he will oversee the company’s finance function, financial strategy, governance frameworks and capital allocation initiatives, while working closely with the leadership team on long-term growth priorities.
